Summary of Experience
Jerry Bourassa is an assurance services partner in the Southern California practice of McGladrey & Pullen, LLP. He has been with the firm since 1976 and was admitted to the partnership in 1986. With over 30 years of public accounting experience, he serves as the audit engagement partner and client service coordinator for a number of the firm’s significant public (SEC) and privately held clients. Bourassa has worked with businesses in a wide variety of industries, but his practice focuses on middle-market companies in the manufacturing, wholesale distribution, high technology, biotechnology, medical devices and software sectors.
In addition to core audit services, Bourassa has extensive experience providing assurance and business advisory services to clients. Such services include formation of and participation on advisory boards, public offering plans, business acquisition and disposition, financial modeling and strategic and operational planning.

Bourassa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Public Accountants.

Bourassa earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of South Dakota. |
