Internal control evaluations are valuable for administrators, providing increased assurance that the system is not weak and is functioning as intended. A separate internal control evaluation provides an in-depth review of the internal accounting control system. We may also perform tests to assure that your system is functioning as intended. The evaluations occur as part of our audit process, and will vary from audit to audit. Often, clients only rely minimally on their internal control system, so we place greater emphasis on substantive audit testing.
